Complaints Procedure

Our management take every query seriously, if for any reason you are not impressed with our service, please email us at Support@Allenspharmacy.co.uk, we will endeavour to respond in a very timely manner and look forward to any comments or suggestions on where our service may need improvement or change to support your needs better.  Alternatively our Superintendent Pharmacist is Bhavna Patni and can be contacted on: 020 8989 3353.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our service and this cannot be resolved via customer care, you can contact our management team directly via Support@Allenspharmacy.co.uk.  The matter will then be fully investigated and you will receive a detailed response to your complaint.
